Join us next Tuesday, December 17 for a dedicated workshop where you will receive an overview of the County-Led Debris Removal program and step-by-step guidance on completing the application (Right-of-Entry (ROE) forms) to get started.
After the workshop, you will also have the opportunity to submit applications directly to Environmental Health staff.

With a dedicated table for Mountain Fire debris removal and increased staffing, we’re offering one-on-one support to answer your questions and assist you in completing both the County-Led and Private Debris Removal applications Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Hall of Administration.
You can access both the County-Led Debris Removal application (Right of Entry (ROE) forms) and Private Debris Removal applications in person at the Hall of Administration, online at VCRecovers.org by clicking on “Debris Removal & Rebuilding” or on the Resource Management Agency’s website.
County-Led Debris Removal & Private Debris Removal Applications
All applications must be submitted no later than Monday, January 13, 2025 to the Ventura County Environmental Health Division. Submissions can be made in person (recommended to ensure all fields are completed) by mail, or by email.
